I’ve spent nearly 20 years as an HR Business Partner across organizations like American Express, WebMD, Electronic Arts, and Spotify. I started in benefits and transitioned into HRBP work before there was any formal training for the role - learning firsthand how unstructured the path can be.

Since 2020, I’ve worked as an HR consultant, content creator, author, and keynote speaker focused on the HRBP model. I’ve been recognized as an HR Business Partner of Influence for three consecutive years and have partnered with Fortune 100 and leading tech organizations.
