I’m Tomi, Co-founder of FEM - Female Earning Money which started out by offering free financial literacy webinars to women. I’m an advocate for closing the Gender Wealth Gap and passionate about helping women improve their financial health.

My love of financial literacy started in 2018, I had a wakeup call because I didn’t have enough to pay the tuition for my post-graduate program and would need to get a student loan. I realized my savings were laughable compared to what I earned and my investment portfolio was an afterthought.

FEM. was created after multiple conversations with the women in my network through which I realized many of us had neglected to plan wisely for our financial future but each person knew they needed to do better but weren't sure where to start.

Through my time working in the banking industry on the wealth management side for over 5 years and in the last 3 years since FEM started, I have curated insights from industry experts and developed a framework that I now share with women who want to be savvier investors and plan to build their financial power and net worth.
